Basic Membership Ved 6 måneders medlemskap og medlemskap uten binding er innmeldingsavgiften 299 kr og betales i forbindelse med kjøp av utstyr. May I call and book a trial week?
No. Book a free trial week via the link and choose the workout you want to try. Show up 15 minutes before the session, and we'll help you get started.
What do I need for the trial week?
Come in tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt. You can borrow necessary equipment for free during your trial week. Bring a bag for your belongings and take everything into the gym.
Arrive 15 minutes before the training starts. If you arrive after the session has begun, you will have to wait until the next one.
Which equipment do I need when I become a member?
Når prøveperioden er ferdig og medlemskontrakten inngås, kjøpes nødvendig drakt og treningsutstyr til den aktuelle grenen i resepsjonen. Hva som er nødvendig og gjeldende pris avhenger av treningsformen.
What is the difference between Gold and Basic?
Gold collects training, insurance, gradings, KKS seminars and camps at one fixed monthly price. With Basic, you pay a lower monthly price for training and add-ons separately as needed.
Why am I paying for 12 months when the training follows the school year?
The training follows the school year, and there is no regular training during school holidays. The annual cost is spread over 12 monthly payments, even though training takes place for approximately nine months.
Can adults train multiple martial arts?
Yes, but most people choose one discipline first. You need to have the correct uniform and equipment for each discipline. A good start in one martial art gives a better foundation before you add more.
Do you have a family discount?
Two family members who sign up at the same time will have their membership fees waived. If three or more family members sign up, the third person and any subsequent members will receive a 15 % discount on the adult rate. The discount applies to people living at the same address and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Hvordan avslutter jeg medlemskapet?
Membership is terminated in the Membro app under «Profile» and «Membership». Verbal notice, email, SMS or message to an instructor are not valid terminations.
There is a two-month notice period after the end of the contract period. The membership continues until you cancel.
What is the cost of the martial arts insurance?
The mandatory martial arts insurance costs 390 kr per year and is valid from 1st January to 31st December. The insurance is included in Gold and Blue Light memberships.
Where do I find memberships and payments?
In the Member app, you get an overview of your membership, payments and invoices. You can also update your contact information and cancel your membership there.
