Our Academy
The have one of the largest Academies in south Norway, our BJJ room has a 280 m2 of Dollarmur tatami, so we have space for a lot of people. We have changing rooms with showers for male and female. We also have a shop that sells equipment and a few beverages.

In our Academy everyone
Uses a Rashguard.
Changes in the locker room, not on the mat.
Wears a clean uniform with no holes.
Washes there hands before the class.
Wears shoes to the toilet.
Practices good personal Hygiene.
Helps each other.
Smiles.
